it's been a week since i came back from ns
n i hav been eating like a pig
so i realy reali wanna stop it n go back 2 a healthy lifestyle
so my resolution starting 2day is eating better, eating less, exercising more!
i take tis seriously n reali hope it wil work
i reali dun wan 2 go back 2 my old fat self!

no more desserts...eat salads.....eat in small portions...
no more drinks...jus water.....
exercising more....swim swim....gym gym.....
eat more vege! greens! cut down on meat n bread! more fruits!

lets keep tis working!!!!
